济日报》援引未具名业内人士的话报道，三星电子正在与英伟达合作加速开发下一代NAND闪存芯片。　　三星半导体研究院、英伟达和佐治亚州理工学院的联合研究团队开发出一种“物理信息神经算子”模型，能以比现有模型快10，000倍以上的速度分析铁电基NAND器件的性能，并公布了研究成果。基于相关研究成果，三星正与英伟达合作开发和商业化铁电NAND闪存。责任编辑：王永生
